1. Convert Your Qualified, Unconverted Prospects
For a variety of reasons prospective sellers decide not to sell, want more money, realize they are not sell ready yet, timing not right and so on. In these cases, BGD can help you monetize these prospects by:
- Helping them maximize profits/EBITDA, thereby increasing both the value and salability of the business significantly. See our 5 Phased Process.
- Helping them implement advanced sale components to prepare them for a business sale i.e. the right team, KPIs, reporting etc. Note: We do not provide any of the standard services provided by M&A firms.
- Directing these “prospects” back to the referring M&A partner firm when they are ready to sell.*

2. Turn Unqualified/Not interested Companies Into Residual Income
In your prospecting efforts you likely will interact with several companies that are not interested in selling now or do not currently meet your criteria for a client. In these cases, you can refer these clients to BGD. We will conduct a strategy session and mutually determine if there is a fit for our coaching services.

- BGD to Pay Partner: 20% of Ongoing Coaching Fees (typical commissions range from $4,000-$12,000 per year per client)
- Partner To Pay BGD: 10-20% of M&A’s Success Fee, depending on BGD’s involvement in client engaging Partner.
