I just attended my new friend, Perry Marshall’s, and Richard Koch’s “Star Principle” 3 day event in Chicago. Would you like to learn to work way less hours and have way more impact? Well, Richard shares his Success Formula of how he works 1 hour a day and has amassed $250M.

Richard, like all of us, had “learning lessons” along the way. However, he consistently noticed the most successful around him, as well as his own personal successes, came with the LEAST EFFORT.

When Richard and Perry talked about the “Hamster Wheel”, where business owners are caught up in busyness, instead of business, the audience was spellbound…after all, seems 95% of the room, including me have a bad habit of being on the hamster wheel all too often, and therefore unable to take quality time to THINK…

Here’s the thing…you MUST have time to think, deeply, in order to be a great leader and direct your company to the next level.

Perhaps the most important lesson for me was, “Simplify”… How the most successful companies make things simple… this has us rethinking our entire business model.

Great event… Awesome people… thought provoking, life changing stuff.
