The 12 Month Customized Program Takes You Through 5 Dynamic Phases to Achieve Greatness
Phase 1
Strategic Deep Dive
Scott will dive DEEP into your business and discuss/evaluate your strategic vision and initiatives. In addition, he will evaluate how you stack up with the 7 SuccessDrivers™ in his #1 Best Selling book, 7 SuccessDrivers to HyperGrowth. Together you will chart a plan for implementing or improving each of the 7 over the next 12 months.
PHASE 2
THE FASTTRACK TO PROFITS
Scott will help you identify simple, easy to implement strategies and systems that will drive in profit almost immediately. The goal is to first cultivate the “low hanging fruit” that will fund your growth and line your pockets. Generally, clients pay for the 12 month fees multiple times over during the first 90 days.
PHASE 3
Lock In Results
Scott will work with you and the team to help you effectively implement and execute in order to “lock-in” your best performing practices over the long term.
PHASE 4
Building a New Customer Acquisition Floodgate
During this phase you will build a systematic program that includes a powerful sales presentation or story, and a 7-10 stage sequential marketing campaign – complete with powerful and compelling direct mailers, emails, telesales scripts and advertisements. You will follow the Predictable Marketing System to create predictable client flow.
PHASE 5
Management and Leadership Mastery
In this phase you will develop the needed systems for better managing all aspects of your operations through all stages of growth. In addition, you will learn to manage your time more effectively, so that you can focus on the activities and tasks that have the biggest impact on the business… and leave the rest to your well trained staff.
