I just returned from speaking at the $10,000 a person Altitude Business Seminar. My topic was Profit Now, where I lead the participants through a few simple ways to add at least $10,000 in profit without spending a dime (for companies with $100k-$10M in revenue).

At the end of this 49 minute workshop, I asked the audience to raise their hands IF they absolutely knew, without a doubt, that they could apply what I taught them and produce at least $10,000 in added profit – 80% of the business owners raised their hands (all on video tape so it was really cool). With 200 companies there, that was over $16M in added profit for the group (one guy made $67,000 overnight!).

The Lesson That Impacts You

What caused the massive, instantaneous breakthrough for these 200 companies, from all over the world in dozens of different industries? I was curious to say the least.

So I asked them for feedback. The answer was so simple, yet so powerful. In addition to sharing proven, common sense strategies, I showed them HOW they could apply these winning techniques within their businesses – whether they had never deployed these before OR had used them successfully in their business already (in fact, these companies were able to create the biggest impacts by learning HOW to optimize their results).
